Biography:

A wannabe Ghostface inspired by Richie Kirsch and the Stab Movies, Greg Bruckner and his best friend Jason Carvey were inducted into the ranks of the Cult of Ghostface after an online conversation with Amber Freeman in the comments section of a website dedicated to the Woodsboro Massacre.

Eager to prove themselves, they set about targeting The Carpenter sisters, angering the Cult and their leader, William Bailey (the late Kirsch's father) who would not stand by and watch the family of one of their beloved founding members be turned into victims for clout and bragging rights by rank amateurs who cared more about fame than justice - no matter how that twisted justice may seem.

While Jason was out, butchering his film studies teacher for giving his paper an F, Greg was at their shared flat preparing to make his move on Tara. However, before he can finish getting ready he is brutally killed and dismembered by Bailey and his two most trusted cultists; Ethan and Quinn Bailey, Richie's younger brother and sister.

Leaving his head in the fridge, they set up an ambush for Jason when he gets home, but not before they set fire to the shrine they made for Ghostface.

Resources:

Equipment:

  • The Ghostface Costume: Identical to the one worn by the killer in Stab VI. Wears lifts in shoes to close the gaps in their height.
  • Voice Changer: Used to distort his voice when committing crimes.
  • Mobile Phone: Used to make calls to victims before he kills them.

Weapons:

  • Buck-120 hunting knife

Trivia:

This character is based on Greg Bruckner from the Scream Franchise.

  • Just like in the film; he is personally responsible for no deaths, despite his membership in the Cult of Ghostface.

Notes:

  • Both Greg and Jason's vicious, overzealous murders are used by William, Quinn and Ethan as a warning; to know your place in the pecking order and never cross the Cult of Ghostface.
  • Ironically, Greg got his final wish. He wanted to be famous and have everyone know his name. This was achieved when his death was  reported in the Blackmore University Gazette ... only to be spelled wrong - Breckner.
  • Greg and Jason's entire shrine to Ghostface was destroyed by Quinn and Ethan, who found the tribute to their brother to be distasteful.
  • Greg and Jason were indirectly responsible for revealing that the Cult of Ghostface existed, after their phones and computers were confiscated by FBI agent Kirby Reed. She discovered several messages that were used to eventually hunt down and arrest the remaining members of the group.
