Trivia:

This character is based on The Weeper from The Flash 2014 Tv Series.

  • Unlike in the show, where he is unnamed, The Weeper's real name is Matt Gloom. This is a reference to Mortimer Gloom (the original Weeper & enemy of Bulletman) and also Matt Afonso, the Weeper's actor.

Notes:

  • The Weeper's fate deviates significantly from his fate in The Flash, where he is still very much alive and is working independently as a meta-criminal.
  • Matt began his career on October 10, 2017.
  • Matt formerly worked with Amunet Black, The Thinker and Dr Marlize Malan (nee DeVoe).
  • Matt was a former member of The Rogues.
  • Matt has fought The Flash (both Barry Allen & Wally West) and his allies on numerous occasions, been arrested by the CCPD and spent time in Iron Heights Penitentiary.
